British Somaliland United Group(BSUG) in collaboration with West London Somaliland Community, North West London Somaliland Network, Institute for Female Education & Development(IFED), SSUK, Somaliland Overseas Foundation and SIRAG invite you to the 17th Anniversary of Somaliland’s Independence which will be held at Silver Spoon Newlight Complex, Popin Building, Southway, Wembley. Middlessex HA9 0HB (behind Wembley Stadium) on Saturday 17th of May from 6.30pm till late.

How to get to Wembley:

GETTING TO WEMBLEY STADIUM
This information will help you plan your journey to and from Wembley
Stadium. We would like you to enjoy your visit and recommend that you
plan your journey to and from the Stadium in advance.
Wembley Stadium is a public transport destination. Rail, tube, bus and
pedestrian routes have been upgraded to enable visitors to travel to and
from the Stadium smoothly and safely on major event days.
A residents’ permit scheme operates in the local area on Stadium event days
and illegally parked vehicles will be fined by the local council and may be
towed away.

Nearest buses:

ARRIVING BY TRAIN AND TUBE

WEMBLEY PARK STATION (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines)
Follow the pedestrian route along Olympic Way. Allow for a ten minute walk
to the Stadium.


WEMBLEY CENTRAL STATION
(Bakerloo line and Silverlink train line)
Turn right and walk in an easterly direction along High Road until you reach
the Wembley triangle junction. Turn left into Wembley Hill Road, cross the
road and follow the pedestrian route across the White Horse Bridge. Please
allow a brisk fifteen minute walk to the Stadium

BUSES
Local buses include: 18, 83, 92, 182, 224 and 297. Please note that on major
event days London Buses in Brent will be running an event day timetable,
which may differ from their normal timetable.
